Playing Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare:

Step 1. Enter any Call of Duty 4 rooms

Step 2. Once inside the room, set the executable game path under Settings. Locate iw3mp.exe under Activision\Call of Duty 4 - Modern Warfare, use that one as the game executable path.

Step 3. After CoD4 has loaded:

Click on "Start New Server" to host game.

Click on "Join Game" to join any available hosted game.
