Extreme gaming event NASCOn 2010 is comming in April which will held from 17-18April..
Registration will open from 13 of march on www.nascon.org.pk
The registration fee will b for each team might be 2000rpz. IT will be displayed on the website once the registration is started.

DoTa Rules & RegulationS

Registration
Only educational institutes are allowed to register for DoTA.
All participants must come with their LATEST institute ID Card.
Each participant is only allowed to play for his respective institute.
General
Competition method: 5v5
Tournament Structure: Following rules will be applied till Semifinals.
~ Game Length: 60mins max. If the winner is not decided in max time then Point System will be applied to choose the winner.
~ Point System: Each kill has 1 point, a tower has 3 points and each barrack has 5 points.
Semifinals and Final: Semifinals will be played as a complete game untill The World Tree/ Frozen Throne is destroyed. Final will be a Best of 3.
Game version: 1.24d
Map version: 6.66b( This version of the map AUTOBANS unbalanced heroes)
Game mode: -cm

Restrictions
Backdooring is allowed on first two towers for each lane only(Backdooring on Base towers is NOT allowed).However, if you reach base buildings with creeps you are allowed to continue attacking them even if the creeps are killed. If you reach the opponents base together with allied creeps, you may attack all buildings even if your creeps have been killed.
Each team may only have:
~ One Necronomicon
~ One Makanism
~ One Refreher Orb
~ One Arcane Orb
~ Either two Eul’s / One Eul and One Guinsoo.
Item sharing is allowed as long as the game permits.
Items which are dropped from a kill or a chicken may be picked up by:
~ Any enemy player. The enemy hero who picked the dropped item can use the item or sell it for gold as long as the game permits.
~ Any allied player. The allied player who picked the dropped item can use the item or return it to its owner as long as the game permits.

Disconnections
The game will be saved every 10 minutes after the picks are completed.
If the game disconnects before a hero has been killed the match will me remade with all players choosing the same heroes.
If the game disconnects in the first 15 minutes before First Blood it will be loaded from the last save game.
After each major battle the teams should ask the referee to save the game.
In case of any unforeseen circumstances the referee will have the final decision.

*If in any situation a match continues without a player then the team may use the hero only with his items. In case the team decides otherwise then the items shall be team sold and the hero will not be used.( i.e Team selling zeus items and then using his Ultimate is NOT allowed)

Violations
A team may receive a warning if one of its players refuses to follow the above mentioned rules and regulations or is guilty of unsporting behavior or refuses to follow a tournament official’s instructions.
A team may receive a default loss or may even be disqualified from the tournament if one of its player receives more than one warning.
Teams would be given a maximum time of 15mins to show up for their scheduled match.
Failure to do so may result in a default loss.
A game will only be started once all the ten players are seated.
